An electrical cross arm is a mechanically strong steel structure designed to hold and support the power line wires, cables and conductors on the electric pole or tower in power distribution and transmission network. It is installed on pole of round, square and rectangular cross section fastening with a clamp or pole strap.

The main process of making electrical cross arm is pressing. There are many holes on it, used to connect pole, insulator or other hardware. All holes are pressed in one operation with no burrs on it. All the bolts are approx. 2mm less in diameter than that of the matching holes so that bolts can freely pass through it.

They are utilized by railways, telephone companies, refineries, cable companies and electrical utility services. Its main application is in power system to provide support to the cable, conductor and other electrical equipments.
